Microwave won't turn on.
This is often caused by a blown fuse, a faulty door switch, or a tripped circuit breaker. Our technicians can quickly identify and replace the faulty component to get your microwave running again.
Microwave turns on but won't heat.
A burned-out magnetron is the most common culprit. Other causes include a failed high-voltage diode, a faulty capacitor, or a defective door interlock switch. Microwaves operate at high voltage—always leave these repairs to a professional.
Microwave sparks or arcs inside.
Sparking is often caused by a damaged or dirty waveguide cover, burned rack supports, or metal accidentally left inside. If the magnetron itself is arcing, it needs immediate professional attention.
Turntable won't spin.
A broken drive motor, a worn drive coupling, or a cracked turntable ring are the usual suspects. We can replace any of these components quickly and affordably.
Microwave runs but shuts off too quickly.
A defective door switch or thermoprotector can cause premature shutdowns. Overheating due to a blocked vent can also trigger the thermal cutout. Our technicians will diagnose and fix the root cause.
Display or control panel not working.
