A $60 security deposit is required for all appointments booked via credit card and will be applied toward the call out fee. If you need to cancel, deposits are fully refundable with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment.

Regular Diagnostic/Callout fee is $120*.
Our regular diagnostic/callout fee is $120 *($160 for higher end models) for the North Austin area. This fee is applied towards the cost of repair. Some areas may require an additional fee based on location.
$15 off for First Responders & Military
First Responders (Fire, Police, EMT) WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE! $15 dollars off your call out fee. This fee is applied towards the cost of repair.
$15 off for Teachers
Thank you for all that you do! $15 dollars off the diagnostic fee. This fee is applied towards the cost of repair.
