Diagnostic / Callout Fee
Our regular diagnostic/callout fee starts at $125 ($170 for higher-end models) for the North Austin area and may vary depending on your zip code. Good news: This fee is applied towards the total cost of your repair if you choose to proceed!
Deposit Policy
A $60 security deposit is required for all appointments booked via credit card and will be applied toward the call out fee. If you need to cancel, deposits are fully refundable with at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment.
Special Discounts
First Responders & Military
Fire, Police, EMT, and Military members receive $15 off the call out fee. Thank you for your service!
Teachers
Teachers receive $15 off the diagnostic fee. Thank you for all that you do for our community!
